Pat Boese
Pat started taking watercolor lessons about 10 years ago from Sherry Holmes, a skilled and talented watercolor artist and teacher from the Central New York Watercolor region. She has been Pat's mentor and good friend every since.
Pat's paintings reflect her love of flowers and animals. Her source of flowers are the many flower gardens that Pat and her husband, Dick, have at their home in Curriers, Wyoming County, NY and their summer home at Chautauqua Lake.
Pat grows many of the flowers in their greenhouse at their Curriers home while Dick lovingly maintains the gardens at both their Curriers and Chautauqua homes.
Pat's love of animals (Dick is a retired veterinarian and Pat is a Licensed Veterinary Technician), gives her many subjects to paint, from their 4 adopted stray cats,to their 30 chickens and Pat's love of cows having grown up on a dairy farm.
Pat's paintings have been on display at the Genesee Community College in Arcade, NY.
She hopes you will enjoy her paintings as she continues her journey as a watercolor artist.
